Playhouse Seating Sections
Premium Tickets are the first ten rows (dark and light pink).
Standard Tickets back nine rows of center section (purple).
Value Seating for some concerts are the back side sections (aqua).
All performances in 2024 are open seating within section except for The Raleigh Ringers, Apollo’s Fire, and Plena Libre. These three performances will be designated seats due to anticipated high demand.
All the seats at the Playhouse are fantastic! With 708 seats, you are getting a first-rate concert with close proximity to the artists.
Ticket Printing
Printed tickets are not required – we will have a list of those who purchased tickets at each of the concerts. If you purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code you can show at entrance (or just state your last name to ushers). So, no need to print tickets at home or have us mail you tickets. If you do want printed tickets, there is a $3 mailing fee.
Special Pricing
We never want price to be a barrier to anyone who wants to attend a performance. Due to our generous donors and foundations who help underwrite each concert, we are able to offer:
$5 tickets for an adult when accompanying a youth (18 and under)
$5 tickets for young people 18 and under
Half-price tickets for young adults (ages 19-30)
$10 tickets for all students (show your college I.D. at the door)
Free/discounted ticket offers to economically and/or otherwise disadvantaged individuals and non-profit organizations
Free/discounted tickets for music teachers
Pay-What-You-Will pricing at the door (if you prefer to handle this before you arrive, please call us).
Military discount of 10%, buy over the phone or at the door
Single Ticket Purchases
Seating for most of our concerts is general admission by section (see above). There are usually plenty of seats even for walk-up patrons, and sight and sound are good in any section of the Playhouse. You can almost always find a seat where you wish, spread out, sit near anyone you like, and even change your seat (at intermission, we hope).

To buy tickets for a specific concert, click on the concert of your choice on the Current Season page. Click on “Buy Tickets” and it will take you to our online ticketing system.

Want a ticket for every 2024 Gretna Music concert in the Playhouse? If you bought them all it would be over $400. We are offering this special master ticket package for $250! Receive one premium ticket for each of the Gretna Music concerts in the Mt. Gretna Playhouse. If desired, a Reserved sign will be placed in your seat of choice for each concert.

$60 total = one premium ticket for both of the concerts – $10 savings for tickets
$47 total = one standard ticket for both of the concerts – $9 savings for tickets
Anyone who purchases a jazz package will also get a free ticket to the Turtle Island Quartet concert on Sunday, July 21. The quartet will be performing their program Island Prayers which features pieces by Terence Blanchard and Rhiannon Giddens.
Jazz VIP ($100) gets you a premium ticket (within the first 10 rows) AND a gift bag with goodies that includes a signed CD from the artists. When possible, access to meet the musicians backstage will also be included.
Pick 6 (or 10) Ticket Packages
If you plan to purchase 6 or more tickets this season, check out our Pick 6 and Pick 10 packages for best savings. With our packages, you can buy 6 or 10 tickets to any concert of your choosing. $1 will automatically be taken off for each Pick 6 ticket you choose and $2 will automatically be taken off each Pick 10 ticket you choose. You can also choose your seating section when selecting your tickets.
